Your kids will say goodbye to the ground and hello to some amazing new skills in our youth programme. From getting to grips with the Trapeze bar, to scaling the Silks, our kids classes provide wee ones with strength and and confidence from the inside out.
Aerial training provides a unique approach to fitness as they will develop core strength and flexibility in a fun environment which keeps them keen to come back for more!
Our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness as our height adjustable aerial system allows us to cater to each individual child’s needs.

Our Classes
Tuesdays 6 - 10 yrs
Our fun filled weekly kids classes rotate through a variety of aerial skills including: Aerial Hoop, Silks, Hammock and Trapeze. From spinning on the Hoop to scaling the silks, your kids will develop strength, co-ordination and fine motor skills. The focus of our classes is to provide a safe and supportive recreational aerial environment where friendships and confidence flourish alongside their skills.
Event date/ time: Tuesdays 4.45 - 5.45PM
Suitable for: Ages 6 - 10
Cost: £15 (Trial) / £43 Monthly DD (excluding July)
Sundays 6 - 10 yrs

ALT Kids 2026 Summer Camp
Event date/ time: 12.30 - 4.30PM | 21st - 24th July inclusive
Suitable for: Ages 7 - 14
Cost: £160 (full event) / £45 Single day
Banish holiday boredom with our fun filled holiday camps!
Packed with new circus and aerial skills to master from hula hooping to Aerial Silks, kids will work on developing their confidence, co-ordination, and unique performance styles. The focus for the later half of the week will be on creating a group performance where kids will get the chance to link moves together in a sequence before showcasing what they've learned to parents and peers.
