What to Bring/ Wear

  • For Aerial classes (Hoop, Silks, Trapeze), we recommend full length leggings and a top that you’ll be comfortable going upside down in.

  • For Pole Fitness classes skin to pole contact is essential for grip! We recommend shorts so that that backs of the knees are exposed and a sports bra or top that leaves the armpit and waist exposed for grip points. If you are not able to wear shorts/ exposed skin, consider ‘grippy’ style pole clothing.

  • For Pole Flow classes you may wish to bring long socks to enhance moves which require sliding on the floor.

  • Our studio is heated but it’s always a good idea to bring a hoodie to layer up with incase you get cold.

  • A refillable water bottle: we have a water fountain available.

  • Remove outdoor shoes before starting class.


Booking & Cancellation Policy

If you can't make your class or course, the following cancellation policy applies:

Class Drop ins:

  • Classes must be booked online prior to attendance.

  • Classes close for registration 2 hours before the class start time, this gives us time to plan and set up.

  • Cancelling: less than 24hrs notice: no refund or credit transfer.

  • Class cancellation with 24hrs+ notice: credit transfer to another equivalent class.

Course bookings:

  • Courses are non-refundable once booked.

  • Single sessions booked as part of a course are non-transferrable or refundable.

  • If you cannot make the whole course any more, we can transfer you on to another equivalent service or product with adequate (48hrs +) notice.
