Praise Satan! The devil’s favourite aerialist Claudia is offering up some wickedly wonderful private lessons on her much coveted Pentagram. In this semi private session, you’ll discover new tricks, transitions and instagram worthy poses on this unique piece of equipment.

Emo Pole:
Spooky Edition
Embrace your inner Emo and learn a headbanging energetic Pole routine from everyone’s favourite emo princess Vikki!
The focus of the workshop will be on musicality and confidence (Think head bangs and hair flicks!) so bring your favourite emo / halloween outfit to dance in.

Spooky Hoop
Flow
Join ALT's resident flow queen and self proclaimed 'Stage Mom' Monica for a unique Hoop Flow Workshop.
This session will work on flowing movements on and off the hoop as you learn how to add finesse and flair to your routines. The second half of the workshop will focus on combining these aerial dance techniques together in into a fabulously fun routine.

Spooky Chair Choreo
You’ll never look at a chair the same way again after this exciting dance workshop with our resident flow queen Monica.
In this fun and cheeky routine you’ll be moving seamlessly from chair to pole, oozing sass and exploring new movements. Make sure to wear your fave outfit for that extra sparkle.

Hoopsilks
Hoop Silks is as fun and crazy as it sounds!
Literally a Hoop and Silks joined at the top, explore the endless possibilities of combinations that use these two apparatus joined together in a unique way.
Suitable for those who have previous Aerial experience or who attend our Aerial Hoop or Silks classes.
Suitable for: Previous aerial experience.

Halloween Hammock
The lesser known cousin of Silks and Aerial Yoga, Hammock is a loop of aerial fabric suspended from both ends.
The result is a beautiful, flowing discipline which can be a lot more supportive and accessible than silks as you sit your weight into the bottom of the loop and go from there.
Suitable for: All Levels

Hand Loop (Hoop)
Bring a whole new level of wow to you Aerial Hoop routines in our Hand Loops Workshop!
Securely attached to the hoop, an aerial Hand loop opens up your repertoire of tricks on and around the Hoop.
Suitable for: those with previous Hoop experience.

Creepy Flex
Embrace your inner exorcist and join us for a flexibility workshop filled with mind and body bending shapes!

Chains
The most badass of aerial equipment… is literally a set of suspended metal chains and a firm workshop favourite at ALT with our resident chains queen Claudia.
In this workshop you’ll find familiar shapes performed on the unique piece of aerial equipment. Think Hammock and cloud but on metal!
Bring your layers and sassy attitude as this workshop is sure to sell out FAST!
Suitable for: All Levels (but not for the faint hearted! 😜⛓️)
Doubles Pole
Double Trouble! It’s time to pair up and take your Pole training to new heights in this unique workshop.
Working in pairs, you’ll learn moves that requires two participants: a base and a flyer. You don’t need a partner to book onto this class- we will pair up attendees.
Suitable for: Previous Pole Experience
Ages 18+
Doubles Hoop
Double Trouble! It’s time to pair up and take your Hoop training to new heights in this unique workshop.
Working in pairs, you will take on a sequence of moves that requires two participants: a base and a flyer. You don’t need a partner to book onto this class- we will pair up attendees.

A huge rope suspended from both ends… Did you know that Cloud is what Caitlin specialised in during her circus Degree?!
So whether you’re brand new to Cloud or you've done our previous workshops, this action packed session will feature spins, tricks and rolls that will get your feet off the ground in style and make Cloud your new favourite Aerial apparatus!

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Advanced purchase of Workshop Week credits does not guarantee availability of specific workshops.
All workshops must be booked online, in advance and will be offered on a first come, first served basis
No refunds will be given for workshop week cancellations, however credits for workshops cancelled 24h+ in advance can be used towards an alternative workshop during the event. Please note: Workshop Week credits are non- transferrable to other workshops/ events outside of the Workshop Week event.
Late cancellations will not be refunded or transferred.
