Aerial Chains Workshop: All Levels
The most badass of aerial equipment… is literally a set of suspended metal chains. This is Claudia’s favourite piece of aerial equipment and she is so excited to offer her first workshops at ALT Fitness.
In this speciality workshop you’ll find familiar shapes performed on the unique piece of aerial equipment... Think Hammock and cloud moves but on metal!
Bring your layers and sassy attitude as this workshop is sure to sell out FAST!

Galentines Hoop Flow: All Levels
Love is in the air! And we're heating up the studio this Valentines weekend with a special Hoop Flow workshop celebrating the season of love!
This session will work on flowing movements on and off the hoop as you learn how to add finesse and flair to your routines. The second half of the workshop will focus on combining these aerial dance techniques together in into a fabulously fun routine.
Bring your favourite valentines / galentines outfit to dance in.

Tis the season of love! In this slinky, sexy choreo we’ll be setting the studio on fire with sultry vibes as we step through this flowing galentines routine created by our resident pole & flex queen Vikki.
The focus of the workshop will be on musicality and confidence so bring your favourite valentines / galentines outfit to dance in.

Aerial Arts Photoshoot

Cost: £100 (deposit £45 to book)
We're excited to be welcoming back Becca from Aerial Arts Photography to the studio on Sunday 12th April for our next members photoshoot!
Choose from either her coloured gels or Dark Vibes series.
Participants can choose 2 gel colour styles during their session.
Suitable for 1 ourfit change.
Recieve 4 professionally edited images, or purchase extras if you can’t decide!
If booking for a Pole shoot, please choose an afternoon slot

Booking & Cancellation Policy
All workshops must be booked online, in advance and will be offered on a first come, first served basis
No refunds will be given for workshop cancellations, however we do offer account credit for workshops cancelled 48h+ in advance.
Late cancellations will not be refunded or transferred.
