Hang onto your broomsticks, we’re flying into Spooky Season with an exciting new Hammock workshop! This spooktacular session will get you dropping dead and rolling in your graves as we get to grips with a frightfully fun Hammock sequence.

A huge rope suspended from both ends… Did you know that Cloud is what Caitlin specialised in during her circus Degree?! So whether you’re brand new to Cloud or you've done our previous workshops, this action packed session will feature spins, tricks and rolls that will get your feet off the ground in style and make Cloud your new favourite Aerial apparatus!
Suitable for: This is a mixed level workshop, but you should have attended previous beginners aerial classes before starting Cloud

Join us for a night of spectacular performances and talent at our very first student showcase! Our incredible students and instructors are taking to the air to show off their skills, strength and passion. This showcase is a celebration of everything ALT, watching the space grow and seeing so many incredible people come through our doors. Whether you're a fellow aerialist, a friend or family member, or just curious to see what Alt Fitness is all about, you're invited!

Seating Info: There will be limited seating available. Most attendees will be standing or sitting on the floor — feel free to bring your own chair or cushion for comfort!
Booking & Cancellation Policy
All workshops must be booked online, in advance and will be offered on a first come, first served basis
No refunds will be given for workshop cancellations, however we do offer account credit for workshops cancelled 48h+ in advance.
Late cancellations will not be refunded or transferred.
