Choose from a range of classes designed to get you moving and put a big smile on your face!

Aerial Hoop

In this class you’ll be introduced to the Aerial Hoop, and progress through learning a series of tricks and transitions.

As you progress through our Beginners syllabus you will as you build strength and confidence as you master the basics of getting on the Hoop and learning tricks.

A great way to build and maintain core and upper body strength while challenging yourself, Aerial Hoop is addictively fun. And no, you absolutely do not need to be able to do a pull up before joining this class!

Levels: Beginners Hoop is suitable for those who have never tried aerial before this class will build your strength, confidence and self-belief. Once you go upside down, you will never look back!

Mixed Level: Suitable for those who have previous Hoop experience or who have been advised by our instructor to move up from the Beginners classes, this Mixed level class will build your strength, confidence and repertoire.

Ages 18+

Pole Fitness & Flow

A great way to build and maintain core and upper body strength while challenging yourself, Pole is addictively fun.
Choose from our strength and Fitness focussed Pole Fitness classes or our Dance focussed Choreo Flow class.

Beginners class: Suitable for those who are new to pole, or have had a long break away from training.

Those who have previous Pole experience or who are confident in their gemini/ outside Leg hang, should Opt for our Mixed Level Pole classes.

Choreo Flow is open to all Levels.

Ages 18+

Aerial Silks

In this class you’ll be introduced to the Aerial Silks, learning a series of tricks and transitions.

As you progress through our Beginners syllabus, you will build strength and confidence as you master climbing the silks and the basic tricks..

A great way to build and maintain core and upper body strength while challenging yourself, Aerial Silks is challenging, but addictively fun. And no, you absolutely do not need to be able to do a pull up before joining this class!

Levels: Suitable for those who have never tried aerial before our Beginners classes will build your strength, confidence and self-belief. Once you go upside down, you will never look back!

Mixed Level: Suitable for those who have previous Silks experience or who have been advised by our instructor to move up from the Beginners classes, this Mixed level class will build your strength, confidence and repertoire.

STRONG AF

Strong AF is ALT's weekly weight lifting class, hosted by our resident PT Polly Hoops.

Limited to a small number of participants, this class explores weightlifting techniques from Deadlifts and Squats to Olympic Lifting as well as introducing participants to a range of complimentary techniques with dumbells and kettlebells to get you Strong AF!

Weightlifting comes with a huge range of benefits from building confidence to preventing future injuries by strengthening muscles. ALT members will find this monthly class hugely beneficial to their other disciplines, improving grip strength for Pole and Aerial as well as all round strength and fitness.

Spaces in this class are strictly limited so we recommend early booking to avoid disappointment!

Flexibility

Whether you're in need of a full-body stretch or you want to take your overall flexibility further with pole, circus or dance training in mind, this class will help you release tension and reach further.

Using a range of passive and active stretches, we will work to increase your range of motion & flexibility while increasing your muscle strength to protect you from injuries.

This class caters to a range of levels, so whether you have your splits or struggle to touch your toes we can support you in going further in your stretches, whatever your goals!

Ages 18+

Trapeze

Whether you're a complete beginner or have been training Trapeze for a while, our open level class is suitable for all!

In this class, you will build up your pole knowledge, strength and confidence.

Under the guidance of our expert instructors, you will progress through learning a series of tricks and transitions that challenge you to gracefully wave goodbye to the floor!

Body Awakening Bootcamp

Using a range of body weight and kettlebell exercises, this circuits style workout will raise your heart rate and awaken your muscles, as we build strength and all-round fitness with our resident PT Polly Hoops.

You will leave feeling fierce, accomplished, and ready to take on any challenge coming your way!

Ages 18+

Stretch
& Flow

Its time to stretch off the week! 

Whether you’re stiff from Aerial classes or needing some R&R after a busy weekend, release muscle tension and relax in this fun and friendly full body stretch class. 

Led by the wonderful Rachel who will help you stretch with lots of tips and tricks to take into your daily stretching routine.

Yoga blocks & mats will be provided.

Choose Your Level

Beginners

When you’re just starting out on your ALT Fitness journey our Beginners classes are the perfect environment to get comfortable with foundational moves and build your confidence and strength on the apparatus. There are absolutely no pre-requisites to joining our Beginners classes, and they’re the perfect opportunity to drop in and try something new. Those who have completed our intro courses will also progress into Beginners level Pole and Aerial.

All Levels

These classes are designed to cater to a variety of levels so beginners and more experienced members will support and inspire each other training side by side. Your instructor will have a variety of combo’s planned for the different levels of students attending this class.

There are no pre-requisites to joining our All Levels classes

Experienced

These classes are designed for experienced members who have completed our Beginners syllabus’ and been advised by their instructor to move up. These classes feature exciting combos and tricks which require a good level of foundational knowledge and comfort with moves such as inversions so are not suitable for beginners. If you’re unsure of your level, drop us an email and we can chat!

 

Timetable & Booking

Our classes are available to book up to 30 days in advance


Booking & Cancellation Policy:

  • All classes must be booked online no less than 2 hours prior to attendance. We do not accept walk ins without prior booking.

  • Classes can be cancelled/ moved with 24hrs notice.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24hrs notice) will not be refunded or transferred.

  • Trial Membership fees are non refundable or transferable. Your 30 days starts from the 1st class booked with your trial pass.

  • Memberships fees are non refundable or transferable.

  • Our Membership have a minimum cancellation period of 30 days (excludes trials).
